Configuration options on the ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 mobile workstation support up to 4TB of storage, featuring the latest, fastest, and most advanced M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD technology. Memory supports up to 64GB DDR4 3200MHz in either ECC or non-ECC options.



Ultra-Performer

For even more power, we’ve included our upgraded Ultra-Performance Mode setting. This user-controlled performance boost lets you tap into the full potential of the P1 when you need even more power. And we’ve optimized airflow and thermal saturation to keep your device running fast and efficiently regardless of the mode you are in. We have also improved P1’s thermal cooling capabilities with a vapor chamber* in addition to traditional heat pipes.

Modern Standby lets you wake your P1 Gen 4 mobile workstation in one second and be online a second later—plus it enables updates while your system isn’t in use. With Wake on Voice, as long as the cover is open, you can wake your laptop from across the room simply by speaking. Additionally, 5G connectivity*, WiFi 6E**, and a 1080p FHD webcam for high quality video conferencing ensure that your meetings bring you face-to-face no matter where you are.
